1. For the sake of humanization, in order to facilitate maintenance, a hole with a diameter of 600mm is opened in the cylindrical section of the roller, through which the roller can enter the inner part of the roller body for maintenance.
2. The mixing drum adopts large screw pitch, with fast feeding and discharging speed and clean discharge, which can improve the production efficiency;
3. The large pitch design of the mixing drum can make the engine unload at idle speed, so as to reduce the fuel consumption;
4. The mixing drum has larger geometric volume, larger installation angle and stronger loading capacity.
5. The blade is cold pressed by special mould. The tank body adopts automatic welding, the cylinder body adopts professional tooling, and the concentricity is not more than 2mm. The stability of the mixing drum is ensured.
6. Two 180 degree focusing helix lines are arranged inside the tank. A round steel wear-resistant strip with a diameter of 10 mm is added to the spiral blade of the tank to realize the synchronous wear of the cylinder and blade. The service life of the cylinder is improved.
7. The auxiliary mixing plate and expansion wing are added to ensure uniform mixing and no segregation.
8. The tank surface adopts 13 processes, bottom anti rust epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, metal baking paint, bright color, durable.
